I cant download your product so I requested a refund from Google Play. The payment shows in my Paypal account but of course Google can't verify it. So maybe PSiberia can locate my payment and refund it. Why doesn't Psyberia have an accounting ability to receive payments directly instead of going thru Google Play. What do I have to do to get the Alpine Quest full application???

If you have requested a refund to Google Play, of course they will refund you.
It's just that it's not instantly, it may take some time to be visible on your bank or Paypal account.
