I would like to see an honest and complete operators manual possibly in PDF format. The only manual I can find is on the AQ website. Please forgive the ignorance if there is actually a manual somewhere that I have missed.

The online help is the only "operator manual".
There is a PDF version
available here (versions 2.x) (versions 1.4.x).
