DEM/Elevation data with .qct

I have looked but cannot find information on this.

I am using .qct maps (1:250,000 France) with . gpxtracks I generated from another program.

I don't see an elevation profile on any of the tracksm when I look for further detail?

Where is elevation data stored in Alpinequest?

How can I add DEM for different countries?

And....what am I doing wrong?

Hi,
DEM files are not supported by the application.
You can however display profiles of tracks stored in GPX or KML/KMZ files, either generated by other applications (if they store the elevation data in the file), or by AlpineQuest when you use the GPS Location tracker to record your path.
For example, this online service can create GPX files with elevations: http://bikeroutetoaster.com/BRTWebUI.
