Edit file (placemark) in AlpineQuest

Hi!

I have a proposal to add another item to the Placemark


In this case users can edit the file contents.
Usually I do it by means of the external Android text editor. I use Total Commander for Android and open the file using Quick Edit.
In gpx of other files I may change and add some tags.
The idea is to let users possibility to edit files using AQ.

Edit file → Select the file editor installed → make editing → exit from the editor → open the file in AQ and use the updated one on the map.

Hi Alex,
I've published a new beta (2.2.6.r6357) with a new menu entry called "Open with..." that should allow you to open your GPX/KML files in external application, including text editors.
This way you have more choices than only editors.
