[closed] Save and stop option has disappeared

I've been happily using AQ for a couple of years. Recently the 'Save and stop'option has disappeared from my screen. Any ideas? Screenshot attached.

Hi,
Yes, this is the new behavior as of version 2.2.5 (explained in the what's new description).
You stop the track recording using the usual toggle button, no need to do anything else.

The problem is that it becomes difficult to name the track. I've found that I can name a track by using 'edit details' but the saved track doesn't include the new name. Nor does an exported version of the track. This doesn't make things easier for me, rather it adds a layer of complication. Is there a way of reverting to the previous setup?

Admin please note that the help screens need to be updated to reflect this change, too.

Hi again,
At any time, you can click on the 3 dots (bottom left), tap the "Track" text anywhere, and type a name. You don't need to wait until the end anymore.
You can also, of course, edit the track name after you've stopped the track recorder.
However I take into account your report, I'll try to make it easier to edit the current track name.
The next update will also have few updates on this feature (mostly on the listing of previously recorded tracks), then I'll update the online help.

OK thanks. My main issue is that the 'edit details' option doesn't create a change in the track title when saved or exported. I'm currently having to navigate to the track title and rename it after export.

It should. It does change the same the same way.
If not please provide me as much information as possible so I can fix this problem.

What details do you need? I change the track name using edit details then export as .kml Neither the track name in the Landmarks folder nor the .kml file in the Exported Landmarks folder display the changed name.

Also if I try to name the track via the Details screen (the one with the pen icon) then I don't get my keyboard popping up...

I'm sorry but I'm not able to reproduce this problem so I won't be able to do anything, that's why anything would help, like if you see any error message.
When I edit a track name, it does change accordingly in the recorded tracks list.

Concerning the keyboard, try to un-check the "Display over lockscreen" option in the application settings if it's checked.

Display over lockscreen is unchacked. Phone is Moto G7 Power if that helps..
