[fixed] 4uMaps Topo Map seems not working

Could you please check 4Maps Topo Map from:
Maps → Available Maps → Add New Maps → Community Maps → Europe 4uMaps Topo Map
Installed but not working and displays "Not available".

Thanks Alex for the report.

Unfortunately it seems to have a problem with the security certificate newly used, so I have temporarily removed this map from the list until a fix is found.

I advice user to use the great "OSM OpenTopoMap" instead.
