AlpineQuest & OfflineMaps

A lot of small new features and fixes in this update.

List of changes:

• Elevation computation using device barometer (if available) (see here);
• Ability to copy/cut/paste community waypoints;
• Magnetic declination computation (based on GPS location) to give true north in orientation;
• Notify the user (sound, vibrate and LED) when the Location Tracker has lost the GPS signal;
• Improved Osgb grid coordinates search;
• Warn the user if the selected QCT map has no bounds (see here);
• Warn the user if the selected AQM map is too big for the system (see here);
• Few bug fixes.
