Duplicate, missing icons

Perhaps at the top of this list mention that there is some problem with the icons
Actually there is no problem, it's just that not all icons are available (the list of icons mainly comes from the KML icons).
There are there so when importing files, the waypoints with such icons will be colored with the correct group color, instead of nothing.
