AlpineQuest & OfflineMaps

The two Bing items should not be separated by a Google item. They should be grouped next to each other, or even combined into one.

Right now the four built-in maps are always listed first in the same order, then user-added maps (in alphabetical order), then maps based on stored elevation data (if any).
