[closed] Tracking trails

Lately, I am unable to track hikes. What appears are straight lines that zigzag in a pattern, but doesn't track my hike. I think I changed my settings, because I didn't have this problem before. Any suggestions how I can get rid of the zigzag lines?

Hi,
Check that you have a correct tracking frequency (1 location / 5s recommended), and that you're recording the GPS, see options 1 and 2 here:

Also, be sure that the application is allowed to run the the background, see here:
