When creating the area - an error appears. While the area is created. In both programs (AlpineQuest and Offline Maps)

I confirm this problem.
I just notice that after the error message, if you close and restart AQ, the created area is visible again ...

Yes this problem has been added in the last beta.
Thanks for the report.
It will be fixed in the next one.

Instead of restarting the app, you can zoom in and out.
