Poor quality when maps are downloader

When using downloaded maps they are of a poor quality compared to the maps when online.
Is there anyway of improving the quality .

Hi,
Downloaded maps are the same than online maps.
All maps are first stored, then displayed, even when "online".
Maybe you can attach a screenshot of your problem, so I can help if there is something wrong.
