This application-oriented unit of measurement of magnetic or true north wing, but we need to have a gride with entering the variance magnetic_Gride
For example:
Gridr Bearing : 6400 nato
Magnetic bearing: 6320 nato
Variance Gride _Magnetic : 80
But in this app bearing unit by true north

Yes indeed the app is based on the true (map) North. In the future we might based the calculation on the grid North as well.
