OPEN STREET MAPS

Mobile map creator is blocked from accessing openstreetmaps. I can get the maps in various formats (OSM MAP and PBD) country by country from mirror servers but there is no way Ive found to convert them to get into alpine quest. (MAP2CMAP64 dont do it!).
What a shame as its a great map source

Yes you're right, I just checked and can't get some OSM maps to work, that's a shame... MOBAC creates a huge load on map servers, that's why it gets regularly blocked...
OSM maps are however still available from the application. Unfortunately right now I don't see any other solution...
We plan to support more map formats in a soon future, but the OSM format contains vectorial maps (just the map data, not the images), so it's very different from what the app supports now and may not be supported one day. Also, I haven't heard about the PBD format.
