How do I turn the app off?

Stupid I know. I just downloaded this so I can track our voyage to Antarctica coming up.
I don't want it on all the time now. How do I turn it off?

Hi,
There is no stupid question.
To exit the application, just use the "Return" button of your device until the app closes.
If you use AlpineQuest and have started the tracking, it won't be stopped when you close the app; the tracking will keep working in the background. In this case, a notification icon is displayed in the top system bar. To stop the tracking, click on the notification to open the tracker window, and stop the tracking from there.
