Transfer OS maps purchased in Outdoors GPS android app

Post by nikkilocke » Wed Jul 25, 2018 7:26 pm

I like OS 1:25000 maps, so I installed the Outdoors GPS app on my phone, and purchased and downloaded three counties worth of maps.

However, I am not really happy with the app, and one of the reviews of that app recommended Alpine Quest.

Is there any way of importing the Outdoors GPS maps into Alpine Quest?

I am currently trying the lite version, but am happy to purchase the full version if this is possible.

Regards

Nikki

If it is any help, I have found the downloaded map files, and they have extension ".bin").

Hi,
Unless your other application can save/export the maps in a compatible format (see list here), you won't be able to use them in AlpineQuest...
Sorry about that.
Do you like AlpineQuest ? Leave a small comment on Google Play !
