Looking for best satellite view maps for uae to use for offroading ,similar to Garmin birdseye

Downloading takes longer time and want to know which is best map for downloading.

The only way to compare the quality of maps for a particular region is to try them, since the quality of coverage depends on the region (a particular map will have better image resolution for a region, and another map will be better for another region). I personally don't know for UAE.
Various aerial maps are available in the app, including Bing, Google, Esri, Nokia, Here, etc. Just have a look.
