I can't download the pro version on Google play. Everything works on the old tablet, but I can't download the app on the new one.

Unfortunately this is a problem in the Play Store application, so you need to contact the Play Store support for all problems while using their app.

can you check that I paid for the pro version and activate the program that can be downloaded from your website?

If you have paid the application on the Play Store there is no reasons that you cannot install the application with it.
If it fails, just try a few minutes later and it will work fine.
