[fixed] Circle

Hi!
4pda users inform that sometimes Circle is not displayed in Placemarks → Create a placemark → Circe.
Here is one:
"I had to reset my phone to factory settings, and then I installed the latest version of AQ from the Market. There was no circle option. What kind of mysticism? Version 2.2.5 d, aq247... But it was before I made factore reset".
Sorry for the screenshot in Russian. I also had the same problem. I made the screenshot after I found Circle disappeared from the menu.. But something happened and Circe became visible. This was for version 247. Now the actual version is 250, but users say it sometimes happens and Circle becomes invisible.
