[done] Add rectangular Taiwan Power Company grid

The Taiwan Power Company grid settings are great,
but I'm thinking, I'm going to visit TaiPower soon,
and when I step into their office, I would like to "wow" them
with the thicker grid lines as one zooms in at

80000, 800, 100, 10, 1 meters east and west (anchored at TWD67 250000 m E.)
50000, 500, 100, 10, 1 meters north and south (anchored at TWD67 0 m N.)

to fit their native system, as an additional choice.

Of course I would still want to preserve the original choice of
100000, 10000, 1000, 100, 100, 10, 1 meters E-W, N-S TWD67.

All that needs to be added are the thicker rectangular grid lines. The numbers pinned to those grids should still be TWD67 meters.

(I don't think trying to put their A...H letters on the map would be as easy. In fact it would look like

And of course island zones S, X&Y, Z anchor to each's 0000 AA00.

I think the easiest way to do that is to use the attached file I made for you some time ago.
You can get the named areas as displayed in this screenshot, you can also have the letters:

That indeed is a great map. I was able to successfully load it via Landmarks > Explore Landmarks.

However zones X and Y are being invaded by zones J and M and need to be boxed.

Also boxes need to be added for zones S & Z.

However I think what I'm trying to accomplish cannot be accomplished via an LDK file.

I think it needs to be accomplished via the grid mechanism. I.e., the letters ABCD to XYZ are not important. What is important is thick lines every 80000 metres and 800 metres and 100 metres and 10 meters east west and 50000 meters 500 meters 100 meters, 10 meters north south. I'm not sure if this is possible.

It's possible to do that with the grid but it's a lot of work and right now I don't have the time.
But you can search for any 800×500m sector, for example, in the search dialog type "G8150" and you'll have the corresponding area.
