Hi,works fine so far on ASUS Transformer (Android 3.2.1) and Samsung Galaxy I9000 (Android 2.3.3).
Is it possible to add Open Sea Map to the list of on-line maps?

Hi all and thanks for your feedback.
@henk: I'have added the OpenSeaMap layer as a community map, so it can available right now on AlpineQuest. The only problem is that OpenSeaMap doesn't generate tiles where there is nothing on, so "Unavailable" tiles appears on the map in AlpineQuest. I'll try to fix this in the next version.
Best regards

I have been running AlpineQuest on Ice Cream Sandwich - started on 4.0.2 and I am now on 4.0.4 and all works OK - the only "issue" is the icon on the screen changed from the standard mountain to a generic android body at the last update and has not come back yet...

Hi there, greetings from The Alps, and thanks for the fantastic job!! And sorry for my poor English :(

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 P7500 with Android 3.2 and AlpineQuest 1.3.4 (commercial version) works great together!!! Tested on the Alps, near home, with satellite images downloaded from Google and maps downloaded from maps4u.eu (both downloaded at home and then used offline, of course). I've tested all the functions intensively for a few hours, with GPS on. In a word: FANTASTIC!!! Not a substitute of map and mechanical compass and altimeter, of course, but very useful to have a look of the surroundings with satellite pictures, even with no data connection. I use it even for long term trekking planning (on my MAC there is nothing so simple and complete). I appreciate the low battery consumption, the high fluidity, the simplicity. The price is very low, I think that if it costs 10 times more I'll buy it again.

Thx again, good job!!

1st posting - just to confirm it's loaded on my Nexus 7 and everything works fine.

Even better is that my old Memory Map V4 .qct files work perfectly :D

Hello everybody

Very nice app. (I'll post questions about it in other threads)

Works on HTC Desire - not a fresh news I guess -
under Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean (unofficial ROM Evervolv 3-2.0p3 from Nikez team)

Regards,

Serge
