The ability to calibrate altitude to surface pressure would be useful and easy to add. QNH is the aeronautical term for it; but the value is the barometric pressure at sea level.

Yes you're right. Right now you need to calibrate it using your current altitude, which is good when hiking, but I can also add calibration from this value. I didn't know about this term.
Right now the new version is still not ready, but I'll try to add this is that one.
