Feture Request - APRS (Automatic Packet Reporting System)

Post by ric3125 »

First time using Alpinequest during a recent event and it worked out great. I was looking to see if it was possible to add APRS? Currently Im using APRSDroid but the map selection is poor.

Here is the webpage of the group I was with.

Here is info on APRS.
APRS does not need internet access to work but you will need a amateur radio license to transmit.

Hi,
This look like interesting.
I absolutely don't know this technology, I'll try it and see if something can be done in AQ.
Best regards

Hi

Can I use aprsdroid with your application?
Most of the applications are compatible with it and am sure alot of people who are using your application are looking forward for this.
