Not sure about saving, but you can definitely associate a route file (GPX/LDK) with a single landmark. The association is via the URL field of the landmark and it yields functionality similar to MemoryMap. I have thousands of routes associated with landmarks in this way and it all works brilliantly.

No unfortunately right now you can only save waypoints online.
