Mention how to only update the yellow and red tiles. We don't want to always get the green tiles again. Also mention if we need to check the checkbox every time, or can we just have it permanently checked.

What I want to do is emulate sweeping around the map with my finger.

Currently we can only bulk grab the red tiles, or the red yellow and green tiles, but not only the red and yellow tiles.

You cannot only refresh yellow and red tiles using the "store complete map area" tool.
- Store area tool: by default only downloads "red" tiles, with option "Force update local data" re-downloads all tiles;
- Slide map: by default downloads "red" and "yellow" tiles, with option "Force update local data" re-downloads all tiles.

I've added that the option resets each time.
