Hi,
Please check that if you've installed the application on the external SD card, this one is still available and with the same name.
Otherwise you can try to un-install and re-install the application. If you do this, be careful if you have chosen a storage location with the warning message "This folder will be deleted if you un-install the application". As stated, it will also clear all stored data. Be sure to backup your data if you want to re-use it.
